Accolades have poured in for Nigerian music icon Lagbaja on the occasion of his 60th birthday

Popular music icon Lagbaja is currently being celebrated by Nigerians on social media on the occasion of his 60th birthday ceremony.

Many have flooded their respective pages on different social media platforms with pictures of the music icon, and wished him a happy celebration.

Interestingly, among those who took time out to celebrate Lagbaja is former Nigerian vice-president and presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar.

The ex-VP in a post shared on his official Twitter page had colorful words to describe Lagbaja as he commemorated with him on his special day.

Describing the singer as ‘omo baba muko muko’, the politician wished him a happy celebration. He also noted that Lagbaja had been ahead of the rest of the world long ago due to his signature style of rocking a face mask and never revealing his true identity.

“60th birthday greetings to ‘omo baba muko muko’, the masked one who was #COVID19-proof long before this season. I wish you many more years in strength and good health,” the former VP wrote.
