Nigerian singer, Zlatan Ibile recently got cautioned over what many people have described as his lackadaisical attitude towards the fight against coronavirus in Nigeria.
Zlatan, however, was amused by this and reacted to the tweet with 4 laughing emojis. This did not sit well with presidential aide, Bashir Ahmad, who then cautioned him, reminding him that the situation was a matter of life and death, just as the president had said in his recent speech.
It appeared Ahmad received some backlash for cautioning the singer.
Responding to people displeased by his tweet, he tweeted, “I can see some people are angry with my reply to Zlatan’s tweet, which he made a joke out of NCDC’s last night update on #COVID19Nigeria. I didn’t reply him as Zlatan, I replied him as a celebrity, who has hundreds of followers. Again, ‘this whole #COVID19 issue is not a joke.’

Despite the fact that fresh cases of the virus are being recorded on a daily bases in Nigeria, Zlatan Ibile a while back, came out to say that he does not believe the virus exists.
Zlatan made his declaration in the middle of an Instagram live video session with popular artist manager, Bankulli.
