Nigerian legendary singer, Innocent ‘2baba’ Idibia, has taken to social media get some things off his chest

The music stars addressed issues of education, tribalism and religion in series of posts on Twitter

  • 2baba said that pastors and Imams should preach truth and that Africa needs an overhaul of its education system which includes religion and tribalism

Social media seems to have become a safe haven for many people as they go on the internet to pen down thoughts and bare their minds on issues bothering them.

Just recently, legendary Nigerian singer, 2baba, took to social media via his Twitter page to bare his mind on various issues ranging from religion to education.

The super star said that Africa needs to change its education system and that it includes religion and ‘tribal nonsense’.

He wrote: “we “AFRICA” Need 2 change our EDUCATION system. That includes religion and tribal nonsense.”

In another post, the singer berated pastors and imams. He said that they should preach truth because good is good and bad is bad. He also said that they should stop embarrassing God.

Then 2baba addressed fans who continue to follow men of God who do nothing to help.

He said that instead of helping, they collect from their follower’s lean change.

He wrote: “Make una still dey follow men of god wey no do anything 2 help. Instead them been dey try to still find way 2 collect from una lean change. Smh”.
